Burdock Root (Cut & Sifted), European Wild Harvest


Burdock root is a vegetable native to Northern Asia and Europe, though it now grows in the United States. In some parts of the world, people consume it as a root vegetable, much like potatoes. The roots of the burdock plant are believed to be the most beneficial part of the plant. Burdock root is often eaten, yet, can also be dried and steeped into tea.
